We specialize in Debt, Debt & Equity (Private Sector), Private Equity (Buying Entities), Debt & Equity (Publicly Traded), Private Placements, IPOs, Accounting Services, Structured Accounting, Tax, & Insurance services, Equipment Financing, Real Estate Financing, DIP Financing, Turnaround Financing, and much more.
I am only interested in working with referral partners that understand "HOW TO" scrub or vet a file that warrants each other's time. I have little to NO interest in MCAs anymore.
